The Tonnage Series of Industrial Gas Plants and Oxygen /Nitrogen Plants are designed for the applications that require large amount of oxygen and to replace bulk liquid oxygen storage vessels. The output of Liquid Oxygen can be stored in a liquid oxygen tank. Liquid Nitrogen can be available as a by product simultaneously up to 99.999% (PPM GRADE) purity. The Tonnage plants is extremely versatile and all the possible product variants are possible. You can either take 100% Liquid oxygen out put or 50% Liquid oxygen output directly into cylinders or 50% Liquid oxygen and 50% Liquid nitrogen. Tonnage Plants can be designed for covered (standard) as well as outdoor installations. These plants are PLC controlled, inclusive of oxygen analyzer.

The cryogenic liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen plant available in size from 50 m³/hr (70 liter/hour) to 500 cum/hr (700 liters/hour) capacity. It is safe and efficient to operate and the oxygen confirms to North American and European Pharma copia and standards.

PSA Oxygen/Nitrogen generator utilizes zeolite molecular sieve as Adsorbent and produces Oxygen/Nitrogen by making use of the PSA principle. Acetylene (C₂H₂), a compound of carbon and hydrogen, is a colorless, highly flammable gas. It is slightly lighter than air and has a garlic-like odor. Acetylene is stored in high pressure cylinders filled with a porous material and contains acetone, into which the acetylene is dissolved. Unless it is dissolved in a solvent, acetylene will dissociate at pressures above 15 psig and form lamp black and hydrogen. Heat is generated with dissociation, which in turn, produces a danger of explosion. Acetylene is manufactured by the reaction of water with calcium carbide. It is also manufactured by thermal cracking of hydrocarbons, or by partial combustion of methane and oxygen.
